Voice Exercises
Do the following exercises as softly as possible.
DO NOT strain or push too hard.

Take a deep breathe and say the "AH" sound for as long as you can.

You may want to write down your times so you can see your improvement.

Take a deep breathe and say the "EEE" sound for as long as you can.

You may want to write down your times so you can see your improvement.

Glide from the lowest note to the highest note while saying "Oo" Try to keep it slow and steady even if your voice breaks keep going.
Do the same exercise with the "M" sound keeping your mouth closed and hum.

Glide from the highest note to the lowest note while saying "Oo". Again try not to have breaks in your voice but if you do don’t stop.
Do the same exercise with the "M" sound keeping your mouth closed and hum.

HUM, find a tune that you know and hum, Row, Row, Row your boat is a good one!

Singing is wonderful exercise for your voice, it has been known to improve pitch, procity, and co-articulation. It has also helped with speed of processing.

So why not sing, besides it may make you feel better!
