Sit in a regular chair that is positioned up against a wall. Place a ball behind your head and hold it against the wall.
Keep it there as long as you can.

Sit in a regular chair that is positioned up against a wall. Hold a rolled towel under your chin while keeping your head and back straight. Keep the towel under your chin as long as possible.

While sitting with your back straight in a chair, stretch your head from side to side. Try to bring your ear to your shoulder, DO NOT bounce your head or bring your shoulders up to your ears!

When any of these gets too easy, do them standing up. Be sure to always be SAFE!
